The Challenge
Each show was different and therefore required a bespoke marquee solution to meet the needs of the client, working within the plot size allocations and taking into consideration the various onsite regulations.
The Solution
Show 1: 12m x 9m Clearspan frame marquee with 3 window walls, ivory pleated roof and wall linings enhanced with a coloured swag pelmet, solid wooden base floor and new carpet. A dividing screen was installed at the rear of the marquee to incorporate a catering area within the main marquee space. In addition to the main marquee, a 12m x 4.5m canopy entrance was erected to create an inviting area for visitors. Silver banqueting chairs and a selection of round tables and patio furniture were also supplied.
Show 2: 6m x 6m Modular frame marquee with base wooden floor and carpet. A combination of 6ft trestles and 4ft round tables were supplied with white bistro chairs. Rubber matting was also supplied for the outdoor entrance area due to the muddy ground conditions.
Show 3: 12m x 9m Clearspan frame marquee with 3 window walls, ivory pleated roof and wall linings, base wooden floor and new carpet, catering screen and 12m x 4.5m canopy entrance. A selection of white patio tables and white bistro chairs and 6ft trestle tables were also supplied
