Here's some ideas for creating that spooky Halloween party marquee
With Halloween just around the corner, we thought we’d share with you some ideas for creating that spooky Halloween party marquee.
A marquee lends itself beautifully to any event, providing a blank canvas for you to dress however you so wish.
To create darkness within the marquee space we can install blackout linings, starlight linings to provide a bit of added sparkle or black/coloured overlays to enhance ivory linings. Why not team this up with your colour choice of carpet, clever lighting, furniture and accessories such as dance floors, LED furniture and even dry ice machines to create that eerie mist effect?
You may wish to consider up-lighting trees, shrubbery or other areas outside of the marquee too. Our team would be happy to discus your lighting requirements with you as there are many options available. It’s also possible to hang items from the marquee ceiling but do seek our advice first, so as not to damage the marquee linings or frame.
Finally, Halloween just wouldn’t be the same without the infamous carved Jack o Lantern Pumpkins, so get creative! These make the perfect table centre piece too, as shown here in the image of one of our Clearspan Frame marquees which was used for a Halloween Ball in Delamere.
