Keeping your social distancing marquee safe, clean and in tip top condition is important to us. Since the coronavirus pandemic, we’re experiencing a higher demand for more alternative usage and long term hire of our marquees. Social distancing marquees are providing the perfect solution for a variety of businesses such as schools, colleges, universities, NHS, retail outlets and hospitality venues. We’re working with a number of organisations in Cheshire and nationwide, helping to provide a little extra space and shelter to enable social distancing for employees and customers. We offer a flexible booking system and carry out regular, free safety inspections once your marquee is in situ on your premises, offering peace of mind.
We’re proud to offer our own in house cleaning and maintenance programme which means that we can provide more frequent servicing of all our marquees and associated equipment to ensure that they remain of a high quality, safe and clean. We also take extra care to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.
After each hire and before the next our marquees are checked and thoroughly washed using an intensive high pressure washer and environmentally friendly/biodegradable cleaning solutions. Our accessories which include linings, furniture, dance floors, flooring and more are also cleaned regularly and inspected, fixed/replaced if necessary.
We are affiliated with Rhino Safety Limited to ensure that our team are fully trained and up to date with the latest marquee industry and associated Health & Safety guidance and legislation. A risk assessment is carried out prior to your marquee hire which involves checking the site for suitability. This includes establishing if there are any potential hazards, such as access issues, overhead cabling, overhanging trees or detecting underlying services. Regular safety checks are also undertaken for long term marquee hire bookings.
We supply our staff with the necessary PPE equipment including hi vis jackets, masks, hard hats and hand sanitiser for use within our business premises, vehicles and on site. When it comes to electrical equipment, such as lighting, generators, sockets, cabling and heaters, our professional team carry out regular PAT testing (portable appliance testing) to make sure that they remain safe to use and in good condition.
All of our employees are First Aid trained and undertake annual refresher courses to keep their knowledge and skills up to date.
