Ashley joined the business in 2016 after narrowly escaping a warehouse career, driven by his passion for the outdoors and a desire for hands‑on, practical work. That passion quickly connected him with the team, and he has been an integral part of the company ever since.
Over the years, Ash has committed himself to continuous training and professional development. He has gained his driving licence, progressed to his Class 2 licence, and achieved a Counterbalance FLT licence, PAT testing certification, first aid, harness and fall arrest training, along with trailer maintenance and servicing qualifications. This combination of skills, experience and dedication has shaped him into a highly capable and reliable member of the team.
Role
Now serving as our Foreman, Ash plays a key role in delivering and upholding our core values. He leads by example on‑site, supports the wider team and ensures every job is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Spare Time
Outside of work, Ash loves spending time with his partner, his family, his dogs, and being outdoors whenever he can.
