Lee joined the team in 2021, bringing with him a strong background shaped by his time in the military and later through running his own business specialising in VW parts. His discipline, attention to detail and practical mindset made him a natural fit for the demands of the events industry.
Since joining, Lee has embraced extensive training and skill development. He holds a driving licence allowing him to operate vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes, along with a Counterbalance FLT licence, first aid training, PAT testing certification, harness and fall arrest certification, and trailer maintenance and servicing qualifications. His blend of military precision and hands‑on technical ability makes him a highly dependable member of the team.
Role
Lee is our chief trainer for the summer casual staff, ensuring new team members learn the correct techniques, safety standards and working practices during the busy season. Through the winter months, he turns his focus to maintaining and preparing our fleet of trailers, keeping everything in top condition for the year ahead.
Spare Time
Outside of work, Lee enjoys all things VW – especially camper vans – and loves taking VW camping holidays with his family and their dog.
