Mike first joined the team in 2024 as an agency worker but it quickly became clear he was a perfect fit for the business. Having worked across a wide range of roles before joining us, Mike brought with him a versatile skill set, a strong work ethic and a genuine enthusiasm for physical, hands‑on work. With the variety and challenges of our day‑to‑day operations, he slotted into the team effortlessly – and we knew we had to keep him.
Since becoming a permanent member of the team, Mike has completed first aid training, gained his Counterbalance FLT licence, and received harness and fall arrest training. His willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities has made him a reliable and valued part of the business.
Role
Mike supports the team across all areas of the business, helping to deliver smooth operations and contributing to the creation of our clients’ special events. His adaptability and positive attitude make him an asset on every job.
Spare Time
Outside of work, Mike enjoys vehicle maintenance and spending quality time with his family.
