The Challenge

As the marquee was to be positioned alongside the pond, extra care was needed to avoid the potential health and safety hazard.

The Solution

9m x 22.5m clearspan frame marquee, beautifully presented with ivory linings, panoramic window walls, base wooden floor and carpet with Chinese hat entrance canopy. Chiavari Limewash Banqueting chairs and a combination of 5ft, 4ft and 3ft round tables, trestle tables and oval top table were supplied.

Lighting

A pea light canopy installed into the roof canopy of the marquee with uplighters around the sides created a stunning effect and for some extra sparkle a starlight lining was positioned over the black and white dance floor. Festoon lighting was located around the edge of the pond leading up to the marquee canopy entrance, providing not only subtle outdoor lighting to enhance the walk up to the marquee for guests, but also to alert them to the potential water hazard of the pond. HQI lighting was also installed to illuminate the property and associated trees.

30KVA Generator including standard marquee wiring and 12 hours fuel.

Catering Marquee

A separate catering marquee with flooring and lighting was attached to the rear of the marquee to enable food preparation for guests.

Luxury Toilet Hire

A 2 + 1 self-contained luxury toilet unit was supplied.

Bar Hire

Two 4ft sections of our popular rustic wooden bar was supplied.
